The Toronto project was completed at the Oakdale Community Centre, with artwork created by local artist Erika Flores. Erika (she/her) is a self-taught Toronto illustrator, poet, and multi-media artist. She is best known for using diverse mediums such as digital illustration, acrylic glass paintings, and engravings.
The artwork was designed by local Montréal based artist Camille Charbonneau. Camille is a muralist, designer and illustrator. She finds inspiration in the 90’s, other artists work as well as street art and graffiti. Her style is characterized by bright colors, funky patterns and bubbly shapes.
Buckets & borders teamed up with Ball Her way to facilitate free youth design workshops, and free youth camps included as part of both grand openings.
